Hello, and welcome to my page. I am honored that you are considering me as a partner in your mental health journey. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with more than seven years of experience providing psychiatric care across urgent care, crisis stabilization units, inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, walk-in medical clinics, emergency departments, and telepsychiatry.

My educational journey began with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from Los Angeles Harbor College in 2011. I went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from California State University, Long Beach in 2015. From there, I pursued advanced practice nursing, completing a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care in 2017 and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing in 2018, both from California State University, Los Angeles. In 2022, I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Massachusetts Global, Irvine. I am board certified in both psychiatric mental health and adult-gerontology acute care by the ANCC.

Creative Care Our treatment plans are not prescriptive. We find unique ways to get you feeling whole. Flexible Schedule Our practitioners have evening and virtual appointments for your convenience.

My approach to treatment

At the heart of my practice is the belief that everyone deserves compassionate, respectful, and high-quality care. My approach is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. I take time to understand you as a whole person—not just a diagnosis—and I value open dialogue, questions, and shared decision-making.

I recognize the responsibility that comes with prescribing medications and approach this with great care, using controlled substances only when truly appropriate and always with your long-term wellness in mind.

My goals are to ensure safety and quality in every decision, foster self-understanding through education, inspire empowerment and motivation, and promote lasting wellness through a holistic, person-centered approach.

What you can expect from our first session

Your first session is an important step toward building trust and understanding. During this visit, I’ll take time to learn about your history, current concerns, and goals for treatment through a thoughtful, comprehensive evaluation.

I’ll also share education about your condition and discuss the available treatment options so you can make informed decisions about your care. By the end of our first session, my goal is for you to feel supported, understood, and confident about the next steps in your wellness journey.
